About The Course
The newly-renovated course formerly known as Eagle Crest Golf Club, is located in Rancho San Pasqual community, and offers a setting that winds through secluded San Pasqual Valley. The course incorporates wildflowers, waterfalls, and eight lakes into a challenging design.
Created for players of all skill levels, the course offers a series of holes that are distinct and memorable, requiring a full range of shot-making skills. Bent-grass greens in conjunction with challenging fairways combine to create this par 72 course measuring 6,417 yards from the blue tees.

A Night to Remember: Saints Soirée – PROM: The Sequel
The Saints Soirée: PROM – The Sequel was an unforgettable evening filled with nostalgia, elegance, and support for the San Pasqual Union Foundation. Together, we celebrated the magic of prom while making a lasting difference for SPU students.
Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner and hors d’oeuvres, perfectly paired with great company and an evening of fun. Each attendee enjoyed wine from local wineries while mingling, reminiscing, and making new memories.
The night was made even more special by a nostalgic display of prom photos from attendees, bringing back memories of past celebrations. The DJ kept the dance floor alive, playing a mix of classics and today’s hits, making sure everyone had a chance to let loose and enjoy the moment.
The excitement continued with our live auction, where guests had the opportunity to bid on exclusive items and experiences, all in support of SPU students. The night was unbelievably successful as we raised a record amount of donations for the school!
It was a night of fun, laughter, and generosity, and we are incredibly grateful for everyone who attended and contributed. Your support helps fund vital programs, ensuring our students receive the resources they need to thrive.

Last year’s Saints Soirée was a resounding success, drawing together the vibrant community of San Pasqual Union for a night filled with elegance, entertainment, and enthusiasm for a noble cause: our kids. Held at the stunning California Center for the Arts, the event captured the essence of Mardi Gras, complete with vibrant decorations, lively music, and a festive atmosphere.
Highlights:
Attendance: The gala was well-attended by parents, staff, and community leaders, all dressed in their Mardi Gras best. Over 120+ people at the event.
Entertainment: Guests enjoyed performances that included live music, a spirited dance floor, and a captivating auction featuring unique items and experiences.
Fundraising: Thanks to generous bids in the auction and numerous donations throughout the evening, substantial funds were raised. These contributions will directly support vital programs and resources at San Pasqual Union Elementary that are not covered by traditional funding.
The event not only celebrated the spirit of Mardi Gras but also embodied the community’s commitment to enhancing education at San Pasqual Union Elementary. Plans are already underway to make next year's soirée even more memorable.
